Cancellation and Change Policy

When you make a reservation you will receive a Reservation Voucher. This voucher means your reservation is confirmed. You will use this voucher to getting the service.

To make changes or cancel your confirmed reservation please contact us from info@exotrip.com  and send your request. When we receive your request the voucher which you received before will not be valid anymore. For the reservation changes we will prepare a new voucher and deliver to your e-mail adress. For your cancellation and change requests the following rules will be applied;

Hotel Reservations:
If there is no special cancellation rules written in the hotel page which is chosen the rules below will be valid for cancellations;
- 15 days and before arrival date there will be no cancellation fee.
- Between 14-8 days before arrival date 1 day room prıce will be charged as cancellation fee.
- Between 7-1 days before arrival date if the accomodation is 3 or less days whole amount will be charged. More than 3 days accomodation , 3 days room price will be charged as cancellation fee.
- Cancellations on arrival date or not arriving to the hotel without any information whole amount will be charged as cancellation fee.

For the hotel changes , totally date change  and shortenning the accomodation period, your reservation will be cancelled and cancellation rules will be applied. A new reservation have to be done from the website with the new conditions. 
The changes about room type , board type, number of person will not be charged and if total amount decrease the difference will be send back to your credit card account.
